Cobble and Moss, LLC Terms of Service (“Agreement”)

Please read these Terms of Service completely before using cobbleandmoss.com, which is owned and operated by Cobble and Moss, LLC. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site.
By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to stationery designs, printable artwork, hand-painted illustrations, and jewelry designs—are the sole property of Cobble and Moss, LLC and are fully protected by international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
2. Payment Policies
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits ownership of any items purchased. Items (physical or digital) will not be shipped or released until payment is successfully processed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
To ensure every one-of-a-kind piece receives the attention it deserves, we are currently focusing our path on domestic shipping within the United States and Canada. Don’t see your country? 4. Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
- Responsibility: Shipping costs are paid by the buyer at the time of purchase. International shipping rates may double depending on the destination and customs fees.
- Lost Items: If an item is lost during shipping, the seller will refund the total cost of the item, including shipping, to the buyer.
- Damaged Items: The seller is not held responsible for damage incurred during transit by the carrier. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, a replacement item will be sent free of charge upon receipt of proof of damage.

Our policies vary based on the nature of the product:
- Digital Downloads & Printables: Due to the immediate nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital products or party printables.
- Handcrafted Jewelry: Due to hygienic standards and the personal nature of jewelry, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or other jewelry items.
- Other Physical Goods (Printed Stationery/Cards): Items that are not digital or jewelry may be considered for a refund or return based on a formal complaint.
- If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is required.
- Refunds will not be granted if the item matches the provided shop description.
- Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis at the seller’s discretion.

5. Cancellations
An order may be cancelled up until the moment payment has been processed. Once payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the purchase.
6. Legalities & Health Safety
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item.
- Jewelry: The buyer assumes all responsibility for potential skin reactions. Our jewelry is nickel-safe and stainless steel, but we are not liable for individual sensitivities.
- General: If any harm is incurred from any items purchased (physical or digital), the seller shares no responsibility.
7. Advertising & Endorsements
Cobble and Moss, LLC does not accept payment for third-party advertisements. We only endorse products we personally believe in to maintain our brand credibility.
8. Links to Other Websites
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites not owned by Cobble and Moss, LLC. We assume no responsibility for the content or practices of these third-party sites. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any site you visit.
9. Termination
Cobble and Moss, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site without advance notice or liability.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States.
11. Changes to This Agreement
Cobble and Moss, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your decision to continue using the Site after changes are posted constitutes your formal acceptance of the new terms. We advise you to review this Agreement occasionally for updates.
