To comply with the recent GDPR mandates, customers must accept the terms of use on the Corjl website and in doing so, we need them to create a separate login to have a record of them accepting the terms. An advantage of this is the ability to see all of the orders created using Corjl in one dashboard.
Once payment confirmation is received, Corjl will email you with a link to the product(s) that you purchased. Double check to see which email account you used when purchasing. Also check your spam folder to see if it’s there. Definitely feel free to reach out if you’re still not able to see their email.
Shipping FAQ
Please note that we currently carry digital downloadable printables that can be customized. Once we start listing printed products, and items that can be shipped the following will apply. Since it’s currently a one person show here, orders for printed products placed Thursday – Sunday will be packaged and shipped out on Tuesdays, and orders placed Monday – Wednesday will be shipped out on Thursdays.
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, a link to download the instant digital download will be on the confirmation page, as well as sent to the email provided.
Cobble and Moss uses Corjl for customizable printables. After the payment confirmation, you will receive an email from Corjl with a link to the product(s) you purchased to the email that you provided at checkout. Check your spam folder if you do not see if. Definitely reach out if you haven’t received a link.
